Seth has been the pastor at Northminster since August 07. He served for three years as pastor at Wynne Presbyterian Church in Wynne, Arkansas before coming to Northminster.
Seth is involved in the Boy Scout Troop 288 at Northminster as the Chaplain.
Seth and his wife Beth have three beautiful children, Joel, Hannah, and Isaac. Beth is finishing up her dissertation for her PhD in Music Education at the University of Kansas in Lawrence.

Dr. Cynthia Sheppard
We are pleased to welcome Cindy Sheppard as our new choir and bell director. Cindy just completed 14 years as director of choirs and chair of the department of performing arts at Olathe South High School. She previously taught at the collegiate level at MidAmerica Nazarene University, Howard Payne University, Wayland Baptist University, the University of Missouri – Columbia, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In June of 2015 Cindy began her tenure as the artistic director and conductor of the Kansas City Women’s Chorus.
Cindy has directed church choirs and bell choirs at churches in Arlington, Plainview, and Brownwood, TX. She has served as a chorister at Grace & Holy Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Kansas City, MO.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from William Jewell College, a Master of Music in Conducting from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri Columbia.
Sue has served as organist and accompanist in several churches from Athens, GA, to Carrolton, MO.
She holds a Master’s degree in Education. From 1992-1997 she was the Principal / Teacher in Joss, Nigeria. She has ten years of experience working in hospice. Currently, she enjoys substitute teaching and making music at Northminster.
